About
I spent 15 years as a senior HR leader inside one of the world's largest companies — running compensation, benefits, global talent, leadership development, and executive coaching at scale. I've sat in the room for the hard conversations: the performance issues, the restructurings, the leaders quietly falling apart, the teams that stopped trusting each other.
A few years ago I made my own transition — and lived through what my clients describe. I know what it feels like to have built something real and wonder what comes next.
I started this practice because I kept meeting two kinds of people: executives who needed a real thinking partner, not a cheerleader — and business owners who needed someone who'd actually done HR at the highest level to tell them what to do. I built a practice that serves both.
